How it works

Our meals are bento-style lunch packs that are sealed using a special technology that extends the shelf life, allowing us to deliver a full week of meals at once. Meals can be collected from our commercial kitchen in Norwood or home delivered. All home deliveries come in an insulated carton with a freezer gel pack which will last for up to 8 hours. Meals must be refrigerated as soon as possible and discarded after 7 days of receiving.

DELIVERY DAY: Tuesday (PM) - $15 flat rate

NORWOOD PICK UP: Tuesday (PM) - Free

We also partner and deliver direct to schools, kindy and day care facilities.

Quick & easy ordering and checkout process with options to make a one off purchase or subscribe to a weekly service.

2. We prepare

Your nutritious meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen at Norwood using quality fresh ingredients from local producers.

3. Collect or delivery

Based on your chosen option at check-out you will collect from our kitchen on your designated day/time OR we deliver to your door. You store your packs in your fridge at home.

Grab your meal from the fridge and go! Don't forget to pack the lid if you're using one and into an insulated cooler bag.
