We use a special sealing technology that maintains the quality, safety & freshness of the food for 7 days.
We offer a lid separately on our product page which is reusable so you can purchase to reseal the pack once the film is open. Once the initial seal is broken the contents should be consumed that day.
Our trays are recyclable and reusable – think leftovers, picnic
packs, paint pots, small toy storage – the list goes on!
Our packs are suitable from 2 years old right through to elderly – they are small meals which are suitable for a wide range of people and have proven to be popular for all ages.
You can make cancellations or changes to your order prior to your order cut-off time. If you wish to make any changes after this time, please contact us on 0415 774 006 or hello@lunchease.com.au to discuss.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is packed and ready, you will receive an email notification with your delivery or collection information.
We have a $15 flat rate delivery fee - we don't make any profit from our delivery charge, this is what it costs us to get it to your door.
We also offer free local pick up on Tuesday's from our kitchen in Norwood. You can make your preferred selection at check out.
We currently deliver to most Adelaide Metro suburbs. Please check our Adelaide Metro Delivery Areas to see if we deliver to your area. Please get in touch if you’re unable to find your suburb.
We will have our sights set on other states soon, please let us know your location if you're interested.
We want you to love our products, so if you are not 100% happy with what you have received, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the product - include photos and explanation of the issue and we will get back to you immediately to rectify the issue.
